Would rate 0/5 if possible, in the past my wife had her
Would rate 0/5 if possible, in the past my wife had her eye on a specific truck and made an appointment for a test drive and to discuss the truck. this appointment was made a week in advance and time off work was specifically taken to view this truck and when we arrived we find out that not only was the truck already sold, it was sold the day after she made the appointment and no effort was made to tell my wife the vehicle was no longer available. Bob was the person we were directed to so he could speak with my wife to discuss what caught her eye about the truck, after explaining that she had very specific criteria for vehicles she was looking for. It felt like he just started showing her vehicles that did not meet her criteria hoping that she would just say yes and settle on a vehicle they had in inventory. I returned a few months later as I saw a vehicle in the lot that I wanted to test drive and get more information for myself. After greeting me and learning what brought me in today, Bob's first question was "Is this something you're looking to move on today?" When I said that it was not likely I'd be moving forward today just doing research, his urgency to help me went to 0. The keys weren't available for whatever reason so I was given a print out of the car I asked about and sent on my way. I really got the vibe that since there wasn't a guaranteed sale at the end of my visit, it wasn't an interaction worth his time. Because I have to give a star and can't rate 0/5 the pleasant front desk staff earned them that single star.

I received an excellent video with analysis on the tires and undercarriage and soon after that video arrived Alison appeared to tell me my pro master was ready to go.

alyson mohr is always friendly when I bring my vehicle in for service. If I have concerns she listens to what I am trying to describe what I feel may be a problem. While I am waiting she keeps me up to date on what the service person has found and about how much it will run to fix the problem if there is one. I have always felt that sales sells the first vehicle it's the service department that sells the next one.

Scumy finance manager will change loan length to make
Scumy finance manager will change loan length to make warranty look better. They charge you $300 for “complimentary oil changes”. Then when you ask about the price they tell you they had to put a number there but didn’t actually charge you. Then when you get the loan statement they actually did charge you. Vehicle had an oil leak, damage belts and seized belt tensioner, despite Wisconsin Buyer Guide saying otherwise. Just make sure you do a GOOD job looking over the vehicle first! unfortunately I didn’t notice these issues until the day after purchasing the vehicle ($700 in repairs.) I’ve contacted them 4 times asking if they would help cover some of the costs and they keep making excuses as to why they haven’t helped cover the cost yet. We’ll see what happens, it’s been three weeks so not looking good. Daniel Wallner was pretty decent. Rest of the crap brought down his rating too though. Chris tried to go to bat for me with some issues with my local service center recommending services that weren’t needed. Will update after situation is resolved.

Unfortunately my experience with this dealership was very
Unfortunately my experience with this dealership was very unsatisfactory and I will make every effort to let the owners or CEOs know that they have perminaly lost 2 customers for any of their dealerships. I was assisting an older woman find and purchase a car and we found the car she wanted at this dealership. The price was $19,933 but when they were done it was nearly $25k I had them take off the extras they tacked on and then the price was $22,180 with some extras I was told couldn't be removed! That's better but still not just tax and title. I inquired about a non-refundable down payment to hold the vehicle and the sales person told me they would have to check and let me know tomorrow. I texted them the next day about the down payment and was told the car was sold later the previous night. Well I had my daughter call and inquire about this car a couple of days later and what they told me is an outright LIE the car still is sitting on their lot and available for my daughter to come test drive. So deceitful that they now claim the quote they sent me was for the wrong car even though the quote shows a picture of the car, the correct stock number and pricing information. LIARS to the end and now that's at least 3 separate people that have lied about this potential purchase.. Unforgivable in my opinion.
