He wouldn’t negotiate with us or let us finance through our own bank when it was so called, “the same thing”. I would not recommend coming here. After I didn’t buy the vehicle from him he keeps calling me to ask me if I bought the vehicle from their sister location. It’s not his business since he isn’t my salesman no more. Would never come here again.

Russ Darrow does all of my major service work when I come from Indiana to visit my brother 3 or so times a year. I have my work done at Russ Darrow because they always do things right. I have had work done in Indiana that was not always done right. The staff at Russ Darrow is highly knowledgeable and courteous. I have nothing but praise for them.

My new vehicle has burned in water spots on all the
My new vehicle has burned in water spots on all the windows it 2024 the windshield looks like the vehicle was in a fire the bottom center and corners are burnt, I’ve tried to clean and was unable to remove, all this was unable to see because the vehicle was completely dirty when driving and than we purchased it, they washed it and we left so now and all of the paint looks like someone sprayed a product and it ran down the vehicle than cooked into the paint, you can tell it’s around the whole vehicle, my only hope is that a detail shop could possibly buff out the spot and get the windows clean, I really needed a vehicle so over all I happy with the service but you can see the imperfections as soon as you walk up to the vehicle and I have to give the story about where I bought it

I purchased a Jeep GC from Russ Darrow on the East Side
I purchased a Jeep GC from Russ Darrow on the East Side of Madison. Great experience on my routine maintenance. Though after my experience in October 2025 with a repair that turned into an absolute catastrophe. Let me explain: The Jeep GC was dropped off for service on Friday(10th). They needed to order a part, and I should leave it at the dealership until fixed. The part did not come in as expected the following week. And it still didn't come in going into another week. When the part comes in finally, they call me on the 24th. Russ Darrow couldn't locate my Jeep and they discovered it was stolen from the dealership back on October 13th. Almost two weeks it was Gone and nobody knew. No apologies, nothing from the Russ Darrow Dealership, other than telling me to report it to my insurance. The dealership did end up paying my $250 deductible - but I'm still out significant money and stress from not having my vehicle for 6+ weeks. My vehicle was recovered by the police department, but as of Dec 27th it still hasn't been completely fixed. With no timetable for complete repair. FYI, I'm having a different facility repair my Jeep. Beware.

yes, I bought a truck sight unseen, and had it delivered.
yes, I bought a truck sight unseen, and had it delivered. but you would think for a 52000$ truck that they would clean it up. there were tons of stuff left by the previous owner. a boat owner's manual an out-board motor service manual tools to service the boat hoses clamps, and trailer sway bar hitch, tons of receipts paperwork, granola bar wrappers, Cheetos crumbs all over the floor in the back floor there were wrappers paper towels a broken reflectors off something in the bed. windshield fluid was empty. oil wasn't changed. am i being picky i think no a 5 min inspection someone would have seen all this. Got this truck into my dealer in Iowa an it needs an oil pan very obvious. Paper work was filled out incorrectly with 2025 date not 2026 . They want me to give them all this an more information instead of taking to the sales person that I have texted and email extensively.

I was in need of a new truck I had called Russ Darrow in Greenfield because they had the one I liked online, I called first thing Tuesday morning and talked to somebody about the vehicle and told him that I needed a vehicle this morning and however out of the five I found online to offer the best deal over the phone was selling a truck today. I told them that they had the closest and one I liked the most and all I needed were pictures of the interior. After two other sales people reach out about the same vehicle and waiting an hour to get pictures of the interior I find out they had the vehicle on the lot for 2 weeks and it hadn't been inspected yet nor detailed. I started all over and came across a totally different truck that was not on my list but was closer and a little bit more money so I called Russ Darrow in Madison and Carissa was a great help and got me into a new truck that day. Great customer service!!

My car went to the shop 3 times before they figured out
My car went to the shop 3 times before they figured out the issue. They beat around the bush with fixing it. By the time they figured out the issue my dealer warranty was up and it had to go through my extended warranty. I’d call and leave messages and never get a call back. I was told one job was a 14 he job and they had my car for a week and a half. Kept being told “your car should be done tomorrow” and it kept getting pushed back. My car got broken into while there, they fixed it free of charge but failed to get all the glass out of the vehicle.
