Just had my challenger serviced for repairs/warranty work. The whole process took a couple weeks as I had an extended warranty from another dealership. Sara was my advisor and she did an absolute excellent job keeping in touch, explaining repairs and submitting the proper paperwork for the warranty people to approve. We went shopping for a 7 passage vehicle. Cameron was our amazing sales rep for 2 days. We did our initial look through and test drive on a Saturday. I am in the process of buying an suv .I stopped into russ barrow and took one out for a test drive. I loved it ! The salesman was named Tim he was awesome but somehow he started blowing up my phone. Next thing I know this Manager called she was pushy! I didn't like her at all. I've been test driving all kinds of subs. I really want to buy a Mazda cx but I just don't want to deal with that manager.

Russ Darrow broke my trust in getting my vehicle serviced at a dealership. Avoid them if you don’t want to be upsold extraneous work at premium prices while receiving mediocre outcomes in return. In the end, the service advisor agreed they did not earn my repeat business but offered nothing to make me feel better about the situation.

Steven Fassbender at Service. We paid $5,225.08 total for the car to get engine light on on the first trip to Milwaukee. Too much money for the car to still have any light engine come up. Unacceptable
