I worked with a salesperson who consulted with sales manager Tyler Johnson. We agreed in writing on the price and financing terms, and I was assured this would be a quick, approximately 30-minute transaction.
Once I arrived, the deal suddenly changed. My quoted payment increased by $150 per month, costing me $10,800 more over the life of the loan.
I repeatedly requested official financing paperwork showing the interest rate, loan term, monthly payment, and total cost before signing anything. I have now been to this location for two different reasons and both times have been great, especially considering I made same-day appointments each time. The wait time for my service has been exactly as quoted. I was assisted by Robert J both times as well, and his demeanor is very calm and relaxed, which helps you to feel the same. I would definitely recommend this location. The customer waiting area has comfortable chairs and a small area to use your laptop. There’s also complimentary popcorn, coffee, and drinks.
I’d leave a 6 star if I could.

Just had my challenger serviced for repairs/warranty work. The whole process took a couple weeks as I had an extended warranty from another dealership. Sara was my advisor and she did an absolute excellent job keeping in touch, explaining repairs and submitting the proper paperwork for the warranty people to approve. Russ Darrow broke my trust in getting my vehicle serviced at a dealership. Avoid them if you don’t want to be upsold extraneous work at premium prices while receiving mediocre outcomes in return. In the end, the service advisor agreed they did not earn my repeat business but offered nothing to make me feel better about the situation.
